Years ago, I created CuisineCuisine.com, a website dedicated to Indian Cuisine and Culture Made Easy. As a cooking enthusiast, I have taught several Indian cooking classes. Making newcomers comfortable with cooking complicated Indian recipes. is a natural talent of mine.
With a degree in Food & Nutrition and majoring in Dietetics from Mumbai, India, my "art" of cooking is backed up by my knowledge of the "science of food." I am currently in the process of writing my cookbooks!
