Teresa got a grip on her story-telling zeal and brought her fictitious characters and their circumstances to life on the written page as an adult.. A degree in communication, a career in teaching and human service work, a calling to ministry, raising a family in rural Minnesota, and a couple of "go-arounds" with cancer have given her plenty of experiences on which to weave tales of real life trimmed with faith and hope. Her first book, Tender Mercies for Tough Moments: A 31 Day Journey into the Blessings of God gives readers helpful guidance for a faith-filled life. Whisper County was her first novel.
