England 2035. Freak killer rats have overrun the country. Life is short, pitiful and dangerous. Death quick and violent. The towns and cities are no-go death zones; human society has retreated to the countryside. The only hope – take back the country. But here dwells no ordinary breed of rat. Crossbow-wielding vigilante Caleb Vine refuses to lie down before the vermin hordes any more. He plans to take the fight to the Rat, even if the rest of the community refuses to follow him.
