Lincoln Boddies and his Special Forces team attempt to enjoy some casual and fun moments in Sin City when the sudden appearance of a woman triggers a key memory for Boddies. Following up on the hunch and against the judgment of his compatriots, he leads his team on a salient goose chase, or so they thought. That’s when they track a terrorist cell of Islamic radicals ready to hatch a latent plan of WMD proportions to destroy America. As Boddies and his team close in, they encounter another enemy, the titular S.Y.P.H.E.N., determined to annihilate them and the Islamic radicals, leaving no resistance to stop it.
