Tell us a little bit about yourself, your hobbies and interests.

I love dinosaurs, outer space, and robots. I read about these things, so naturally, I also write about them.

When and why did you start writing books?

Writing is how I process the world. When I fail or experience trauma, it often takes me an entire novel to fully understand the lesson, because I sincerely don't repeat my negative patterns. The joy comes when I get to share what I've learned with others.

What made you decide to tackle writing as a career?

I've got nothing better to do.

Which one of your books or characters is your favourite?

It's always the one I'm currently drafting. Right now, that's QUEER MISERY.

Which one of your books was the hardest to write and stretched you the most as a writer?

Again, it's always the one I'm currently drafting. I call myself a method writer. That means I dress like my characters and make the choices they'd make. This creates a completely immersive writing experience that's more genuine than using only imagination.

Who is your favourite author and book?

JURASSIC PARK by Michael Crichton and DO ANDROIDS DREAM OF ELECTRIC SHEEP? by Phillip K. Dick.

What book are you reading right now?

MISERY by Stephen King.

Where do you get your inspiration for your books?

I'm a gender fluid bisexual female who loves taking male-oriented stories and "translating" them for a queer audience.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Mushroom hunting with my husband and cat.

Do you have any new books in the works?

I'm developing the DARKNET TRILOGY, drafting QUEER MISERY, and line editing SPACE HYSTERIA which will launch on October 2, 2023.
