Chandra Nelson

Chandra Nelson is an author, inventor, and entrepreneur.

Chandra grew up in a rural area of Davisboro, Georgia. She attended Washington County High School, where she received her high school diploma. She also attended Gordon State College, where she received her associate’s degree in business administration, and Georgia Southwestern University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in human resource management. Chandra was inspired by her students to write Sherry and the Sheep. She wanted to do two things with this book: first, get the students mentally engaged with the use of imagery and witty wordplay as they read, and second, help the students understand that with just a bit of effort and imagination, their minds are limitless in achieving their goals.
