ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Erin is an ex-Chicagoan living now in the Mountains of Asheville NC with her 2 kids, 3 dogs and her wife. Erin has guided and supported 1000s of individuals over 14 years to make lasting positive changes in their lives. She is a pre-eclampsia survivor, a person living with Dyslexia, ADHD and Anxiety. She loves watching a good baseball game (Go Cubs!) and watching Shark week every year. 


She is passionate about helping individuals make that long lasting change they have been searching for; through her digital courses, her group coaching services or via her therapy practice.


Erin feels fortunate to have had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of diverse settings. She has worked in public school systems, nonprofit organizations, universities, hospitals and outpatient clinics in areas such as Chicago, IL, Washington D.C., and most recently, the beautiful mountains of Asheville, NC. 


One of the best teachers though so far in her life has been her experiences as a mom and as a woman. She brings her experiences and unique perspective to her coaching and counseling approach


She uses and had been trained in evidence-based therapies such as, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy which is future-focused, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma.
