78 year-old former academic pediatric surgeon that after retiring at 61 years from an active surgical practice decided to look forward to new challenges based on his extensive experience in oriental eastern philosophies and training in Chinese style medical acupuncture. He then embarked in a very successful integrative holistic medical practice that led him to be recognized as Holistic Physician of the year in 2011 and a very active TV presence in the field of alternative medicine. He then rounded out his goals by initiating a writing career in his favorite genre, nonsectarian spirituality and self-healing at 70 years, that at present has allowed him to publish the School of life trilogy, Spirituality 101, Spirituality 1.2, Spirituality 103 and his most recent one Spirituality 104 a transition to his new 200 trilogy of spirituality books

All these books have been received significant acclaim such as Benjamin Franklin Award, NIEA Award, Readers Favorite, Beverly Hills Award, and USA Best Book Awards.
