I first started writing when I was about 7, it was just a short story but I knew at that point I was able to put my thoughts on paper. Fast forward to years later in college I was told by my English teacher I should be a writer. Again years later in the year 2010 it all came together as a story begin to grow in my mind and I let it. As the story grew so did my skills. Now in this present time I am currently working on book number 6 with several more in the works.

Tell us a little bit about yourself, your hobbies and interests.

I have loved writing since I can remember, only as a adult did actually pursue it as a career. I have recently taken up abstract painting as a creative outlet too.

When and why did you start writing books?

As a young person, I wrote some simple cartoons. Being a creative person it was something I felt I needed to do.

What made you decide to tackle writing as a career?

Often times when something meaningful happens to you it can cause a reaction sometimes for the good sometimes not. For me it was something meaningful and I chose to do it.

Which one of your books or characters is your favourite?

I have some in the works that are going to be amazing, it is hard to pick just one. But I suppose if I had to it would be from " The curious life of Thomas David Quinne." That is a forthcoming book.

Which one of your books was the hardest to write and stretched you the most as a writer?

it would most likely be "Awakening," I really had to work on the story line and where I wanted it to go.

Who is your favourite author and book?

There are many but for now I would say it is Mary Shelly's Frankenstein.

What book are you reading right now?

J.R.R Tolkien "The Silmarillion."

Where do you get your inspiration for your books?

It might be strange but I find my inspiration everywhere I look, I open my mind and my eyes and I see it

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

spending time with family and of course my abstract painting

Do you have any new books in the works?

Yes, I have quite a few, right now as I write this I have at least 10 more ready to be finished.
