Tell us a little bit about yourself, your hobbies and interests.

I love writing, teaching, gardening and being the hollow bone, or conduit for spirit.

When and why did you start writing books?

I began in 1996. I was compelled to write my meditation experiences because they were so profound for me. Sometimes I get up in the middle of the night to write!

What made you decide to tackle writing as a career?

I am a teacher at heart. That doesn't mean I have to stand up in front of a group all the time. I use zoom. I do one on one's. And I knew that everything I experience needs to be shared with more people so they can be helped. I don't think I had much of a choice! LOL Writing is the easiest way to touch the hearts of many.

Which one of your books or characters is your favourite?

All of them.

Which one of your books was the hardest to write and stretched you the most as a writer?

The Power of the Hollow Bone was the hardest to write. It took me 3 years! I kept thinking I was ready to finish it, but then another epiphany would happen, and I knew I needed to add it. My lesson was in patience, allowing spirit to speak through me in divine timing, and to go with the divine flow, not my flow.

Who is your favourite author and book?

That changes all the time, depending on what I'm reading. But I have to say that lately I've totally loved David T. Kyle's Energy Teachings of the Three. This is a book I go back to or think about all the time. Very helpful for the times we're in.

What book are you reading right now?

I'm in between books, but getting ready to read Jeffrey Archer's Traitor's Gate. Sometimes I just need pure escapism, and he's really good for that.

Where do you get your inspiration for your books?

My meditations and healing work. Whatever comes through is usually there to help others as well as me.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Gardening! Growing plants for medicine. Making tinctures and teas and salves. So good!

Do you have any new books in the works?

Yes, I'm going to do an updated edition of The Energy Pyramid ( my first book) and I have another book tentatively called The Grand Experiment, which is an experiment I held to see what happens when people meditate regularly. I would have to say about 90% of the people in the experiment had life changing experiences. Very inspiring!
