She booked the cabana in August. She told him the rest in October.

Leanne and Jonas Szymanski have been married twelve years, and she has planned one week on the Guanacaste coast where he can want someone else in her hearing, and she can want it too.

The someone is Imani, a resort host with freckles across her nose, a sunburn she is too busy to notice, and a way of asking the exact question before she takes the mango. She will sit. She will be a guest. She will say the rule out loud so all three of them have heard it.

What happens after six o'clock is hers to decide.

A warm, explicit short story about an established marriage, a proposition offered to both partners at once, and a yes that is asked for and given in full sentences. No cheating. No deception. Nobody kept in the dark, and the frogs in the plunge pool have opinions.

An explicit M/F/F story. Established marriage, consensual three-way, all terms stated aloud. All characters 18+.
