Servant of the Skull

To her, past is an open book.... The high school trip to the museum was one of those workshop-hands-on affairs. The students were allowed to handle artifacts from a grave of Roman soldier who died more than fifteen hundred years ago—in Britain. She only wanted to look, but participation was required. She barely touched the skull when without a warning, the life-images of its owner exploded in her head. She was hospitalized for two weeks and used that time to understand what happened to her. One thing became clear to her—she must hide her talent.
