'Til the River Calms

After being found guilty of war crimes and sentenced to death, Colonel Salgado breaks out of prison and flees the city. He had heard the heinous charges and felt the public's rage. One week later, that very same colonel has turned up in his village. Leo intends to bring him back to the city, but the early spring rain has flooded the river, making such a journey impossible. This war criminal will be in his hands 'til the river calms.
