October nips the air in the little mountain village of Moonfall, California. Tales of Terror

But those who grew up in Moonfall still recall the childhood tales they whispered about the mincemeat being made of orphans, about the ghosts roaming the woods, and the gargoyles that seem to watch if anyone dares approach the gates of St. Gertrude’s.

Unsolved Mysteries

Sheriff John Lawson’s little brother died on the grounds of St. Gruesome’s, and fractured memories of that long-ago Halloween tragedy continue to haunt him. Worry about his own son’s safety compels him to dig into the dark history of the old orphanage.
