Cashless Society, Is It Worth It?

"Cash is King!" - many have probably heard this phrase once... and a multitude of facts speak for it. In the past I have had the opportunity to discover many different cultures and societies. In doing so, I found out, that the need for cash money is less anchored in industrialized nations than in under developed countries. Daily purchases such as, food, fashion or technological devices are paid with a credit/ debit card. For many of us, digital transactions are quite a common thing - but not everyone is able to enjoy this luxury. The abolition of cash money is a project, that is met with a lot of resistance, especially by older generations. It is theoretically possible to create a cashless world. In practice, however, there are still many mysteries needed to be solved. In my book i thoroughly analyze, if such a development would be beneficial for all citizens or not.
