Humanity's Drive

Our survival as a species hinges on our ability to adapt to our environment. Yet, humanity has created for itself a new “Living Environment”, that of society and it is this that we now look to in terms of our genetic development. Humanity’s Drive examines our relationship with our genes and how the influence of society is impacting on that relationship. It highlights two key issues; that society is of our creation which means that we are now adapting to something of our own making and, secondly, that we are increasingly diverted from our genetic priority by the desire for personal fulfilment. These changes represent a very real danger to our continued survival as a species. Humanity’s Drive asks questions of our existence, challenges our established course of development and wonders about our long term future.
