Union Army veteran Jackson Chandler values Afton town’s calm and quiet as do most of the townsfolk and Afton wants no part of being a cattle town. But corrupt banker Ludwig and his gang want their share of the lucrative cattle trade and will do anything to make Afton a wide open yet violent cattle town.
