Straddle

Ever since I was a little girl, I've dreamed of competing in the Olympic Games, and now, my dreams are coming true.

Years of blood, sweat, and tears have led me here. It's not easy being an elite gymnast. You push your body to the edge. It's painful, stressful, and lonely. But to me, the risk is worth the reward.

All of the one-on-one time with my coach isn't a problem either, since I've been attracted to him for as long as I can remember. I know he feels the same, but he's fighting his attraction, unwilling to cross that line with a student.

But all of the late nights alone push us to a forbidden place and now, I'm straddling a fine line, hoping if I fall, he'll be there to catch me.
