Everything was simple: kill, earn, shop. Then he arrived . . . Beth is a contract killer working out of New York. First, she hits a Russian mob boss, then a politician in Washington. After that things start to go awry. She can’t contact the Network, the organization she works for. She is set up for an ambush and then attacked. Could it be the Network no longer needs her services? Becoming obsessed with him, she takes him home and drunkenly dresses him as a girl, calling him Angie. They go on the run together, with Beth slowly falling in love with him.
