After her husband, Bruce, is gunned down by someone she knows, Linda calls every hospital in town but can't find him. Days later, she learns Bruce is alive and being held in a county jail. When Linda visits him, she's surprised to see no signs of gunshot wounds. Linda is happy Bruce survived, but soon she begins to suspect that the man she visited in jail is not her husband.
