My Friends Call Me SAFTA

A German girls, attending Medical School in New York, is faced with an uncertain future when war is declared by Germany. Uli Von Bearin, the granddaughter of a senior Nazi officer, is summoned back to Germany through diplomatic channels. Once in Germany, Uli sees firsthand that the atrocities that she only assumed were propaganda in America, were in fact being carried out by the Nazi's, even her grandfather. Trapped in a Germany she no longer recognizes, she works to save innocent people from the slaughter awaiting them while evading danger and developing unexpected alliances. Uli's story is one of courage and sadness. it is a struggle for what is right in a world where everything seems to be going wrong.
