Hi! I have always been an enthusiast concerning putting thoughts on paper. I write about different perspectives on life. These perspectives are influenced by personal experiences and other people’s experiences around me. I discovered my appreciation for poetry when I was younger. It was my outlet during my parent's divorce. I had a lot of different emotions that I would internalize, and it was not healthy. One day, I started to write and discovered it was conducive to promote a healthier state-of-mind. Though, I was only around ten years old, it helped me cope tremendously. Ever since then, I never stopped writing.

I love sharing my work because I know that words are powerful, and they can move people. Some may find that my words can touch their soul because they can genuinely relate to what I have written. It is always comforting to know that we are not alone in this gigantic world. I also write because some people find my writing merely entertaining and solely for pleasure. The first poem that I read that thoroughly captivated me is called “A Dream Within a Dream” by Edgar Allan Poe. Ever since then, I fell in love with poetry.
