Tell us a little bit about yourself, your hobbies and interests.

My main interest is mental health. I have spent years studying psychology with the hopes of becoming a counselor one day...well one day soon now! I also love hiking and being with family. My family loves out Saturday night board game night!

When and why did you start writing books?

I started writing so enjoyment probably a decade ago. I went to reviewing books and posting them on blogs. Finally, I thought why not? I decided to get this story out of my head and onto paper. Then, I published it. It was so difficult to let go of this story I thought I needed to write, but I just let the story tell itself and it has been so amazing.

What made you decide to tackle writing as a career?

I decided that I wanted to be able to share stories with people who love romance just like my favorite authors have shared their stories with me. It was incredible to be open to the world of readers.

Which one of your books or characters is your favourite?

I only have my debut novel out! So right now, Destiny and Miles from Destined for Love, but I have so many other characters I can't wait to add to the list of favorites.

Which one of your books was the hardest to write and stretched you the most as a writer?

My debut novel, for sure. I had to test my limits and open myself up for criticism from editors and beta readers. Although, it wasn't as hard as I thought because I LOVE feedback. I always have. This book is close to my heart, but thanks to all the help I received, it's better than I could have ever imagined.

Who is your favourite author and book?

I have a few favorite authors. Catharina Maura, Jennifer Ryan, Maryann Jordan, Aurora Rose Reynolds and Teresa Gabelman to name a some!

What book are you reading right now?

I'm going back and forth from Aurora Rose Reynolds, Jennifer Ryan and Catharina Maura, Maryann Jordan and Teresa Gabelman! I have a lot of books to catch up on!

Where do you get your inspiration for your books?

This was a story that actually started a creative writing project many years ago. Although, it took a lot of tweaking to make it into a novel, but I did it!

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I love reading. I know it sounds so cliche but reading was what made me want to write. I also love reviewing as well and find that to be so fun to get the opportunity to look at everyone else's books.

Do you have any new books in the works?

Yes! I have the next two Huntington Brothers books in the works and some more on a connected series that you will see later on!
