Mateo and the Secrets of the Eternal Word: From Abraham to Joseph

Mateo thought he understood Verbum Aeternum. But the ancient Bible still has surprises waiting for him. Back home in the mountains of Nicaragua, Mateo is once again drawn into the mystery of Verbum Aeternum—the ancient Bible that can carry him into the events of Scripture. This time, his journey takes him through the world of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph. What begins as another adventure becomes something far greater as Mateo experiences years of biblical history, forms friendships that span generations, and discovers that returning home may not be as simple as he once believed. Along the way, Mateo witnesses moments of faith, courage, family conflict, promise, and forgiveness while discovering that the people of the Bible faced many of the same fears, choices, and questions people face today. And when Mateo finally returns to Miraflor, Verbum Aeternum may still have one more surprise waiting for him.
