Set in a small college town, Jeph works at a sub shop but must be the only person in town who isn’t associated with the university. He would stand out if he weren't so invisible. No one ever notices him as he meanders through life passing by people all day who have no idea he exists, that is except for the two victims he has already claimed.

Tracy studies hard to maintain her grades because she’s on scholarship. She doesn't party or date despite the pressure she gets from other students.

When Jeph and Tracy’s worlds collide, she notices him. That’s something new he’s never felt. She’s welcoming and kind. He’s never been treated that way by anyone. It gives him a sense of hope. That's when she becomes his growing obsession.
