Literature, More or Less: A Short Story Collection

What can a human writer create in an age when AI can write fiction? Literature, More or Less: A Short Story Collection brings together ten unconventional stories by Japanese novelist Eikyo Matsunaga. A clinic prescribes rice instead of medicine. Restaurant customers prepare their own meals. Absurd everyday situations are taken seriously, creating unexpected turns and distinctive humour. Matsunaga strives to push literary expression to the world's cutting edge. Through experiments in which he asked AI to write fiction and compared its texts with his own work, he has searched for a distinctive human voice. For him, human writing is a form of resistance in the age of AI. This is his creative ambition. This is the English edition. Amazon ASIN: B0HMRQCB52.
