The Assembled

Loyalty. Justice. Survival. Vann Rider came home because his family needed him. When his father disappears, the search for answers draws him into a dangerous world where the line between the law and the criminals it's supposed to stop begins to blur. The Assembled is the first Vann Rider crime thriller from John Plum—a suspenseful story of family secrets, hidden power, police corruption, and one ordinary man pulled into a dangerous conspiracy. Layered with mystery, unexpected turns, and morally complicated characters, it's a fast-paced novel about the choices we make when loyalty and justice no longer point in the same direction. Because the deeper he digs, the darker it gets.
