DjBankNoteS is my pen name. I have been tracking and trading the markets since before the age of 18. I think my first encounter with the stock market was when I was a kid searching through a stack of newspapers that my dad had a pile of which he already read. I would always search for the comics section of the newspapers to start; and at times I would come across the newspaper section that was littered with some type of abbreviations and numbers. “What’s all this?”, I thought to myself as a kid. It wasn’t till in high school while in economics class that I was formally introduced to what these abbreviation symbols and numbers meant. A few of the first concepts that we learned in class is that:

1. America is the land of opportunity
2. The Supply and Demand Chart
3. How to play the stock market

How exciting, reason economics was probably one of my favorite general education classes. Researching the stock markets and picking our favorite stocks, or stocks that we thought had future potentials. This class had me starting to rethink my goals, is it was a bridge from the class room to the real world as it opened my eyes to the free market system, and how we can be a part of the market.
