ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Idegu Ojonugwa Shadrach born 15 February, 1995 is the first child of Elder Dr. Idegu Alhaji Solomon who lectures English Language at Federal University, Lokoja, Nigeria and Deaconess Idegu Afor Dorathy, a full-time Business Woman. He studied English Education at Kogi State University, Nigeria.

He began writing at 17 and the publications follow at 22. His books have attracted international sales with accolades. He has published over 50 books since the first publication - some have emerged bestsellers and are sold by world biggest bookstores. His works are distributed and sold worldwide by his publisher.

His political articles and letters have appeared on The Nation Newspaper, Independent Nigeria Newspaper, Ripples and Blueprint Newspaper. His endless desire to put more in politics resulted to publication of academic papers on international journals. 


Tell us a little bit about yourself, your hobbies and interests.

I have always loved writing and I have vowed to write till my last breath. I love travelling and I love bringing services to the less-privileged and physically-challenged individuals.

When and why did you start writing books?

I started writing at 17 years and I see writing as one of my earthly purposes.

What made you decide to tackle writing as a career?

I see it to be the easiest and greatest medium of contributing to the humanity.

Which one of your books or characters is your favourite?

Shadrachology.

Which one of your books was the hardest to write and stretched you the most as a writer?

The Consultant.

Where do you get your inspiration for your books?

My spirit , imagination and natures have been the major sources of my writing.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Thinking.
