ABOUT THE AUTHOR

I was raised on a n Alaskan homestead at the edge of civilization, an upbringing that brought with it skills ranging from carpentry to automotive mechanics to gardening. That morphed into a series of jobs, most recently a dozen years as a USPS contractor.

I wrote on and off for decades, cranking out one dark fantasy tale after another. Now that I am semi-retired, it is time to unleash these tales upon the world...

Tell us a little bit about yourself, your hobbies and interests.

Bicycling, walking, model railroading, reading, writing, and a bit of carpentry

When and why did you start writing books?

Writing is a lifelong passion.

What made you decide to tackle writing as a career?

Not really a career. I just decided to unleash the tales I'd written.

Which one of your books or characters is your favourite?

Tough one. Probably Lysander.

Which one of your books was the hardest to write and stretched you the most as a writer?

That would be 'Labyrinth: Journal' - my first full length novel. Finishing it was a major accomplishment. I hope to release it and its sequels later this year.

Who is your favourite author and book?

Probably Tolkien's 'Lord of the Rings.'

Where do you get your inspiration for your books?

All over

Do you have any new books in the works?

I am currently editing 'Empire: Spiral,' fifth book in the Empire series and doing a rewrite lite of 'Empire: Judgment,' the sixth book in the series. After that, I intend to look over and finish the 'Labyrinth' trilogy.
