Shedding 28 kilograms along the way, she not only achieved her weight loss goals but also liberated herself from the burden of medication. Realising that my previous habits were leading me to a declining health path, I consciously decided to overhaul my approach to nutrition and well-being. Through meticulous research and personal experimentation, I discovered the profound impact that a low-carb lifestyle can have on one's health. By reducing my carbohydrate intake and focusing on whole, nutrient-dense foods, I witnessed remarkable changes in my body and mind. Not only did the excess weight melt away, but my energy levels soared, and my overall sense of well-being skyrocketed. Inspired by my transformation, I pursued further education and became a qualified health coach. Armed with knowledge and experience, I am committed to empowering others to embark on their journey towards better health through the principles of a low-carb lifestyle.
