Sam "General" Billings was fixated on the Apocalypse to his grandson Darrel’s everlasting embarrassment. Worse, his grandfather was wealthy enough to be better prepared for the end of the world than anyone… That he wasn’t the only one in town preparing for the Apocalypse didn't make life less crazy. At his grandfather’s death, Darrel inherits his grandfather’s cabin and the mountain it's on. It seems the perfect place to retreat to after dropping out of his first year of college...
