Patrick Silverand is a young evangelist who turned down a full - time pastor ship in his hometown of Houston, Texas. The position offered him a $100,000 a year salary , a new Mercedes Benz, a rent free condo, maid service for 1 year and many other perks. Patrick did not believe that it was God’s will for him so he declined the position. A week later he was offered a job as Ambassador of Foreign Missons for the Peace Corps with half the salary and half the perks!

When Patrick found out he will be working for the Peace Corps office in Brazil he was elated. He always wanted to visit Brazil since he was in the 6th grade. Although the job only pays $50,000 with half the perks. Patrick felt that this was where God wanted so he accepted the job. Patrick was single without kids; he had nothing keeping him in Houston ,Texas. His parents were both deceased and his mother recently transitioned 2 years ago. His 5 siblings always supported decisions he made regarding his ministry. It was no brainer on what job to choose.

Patrick was engaged to his fiance' for 2 years and broke up with her 2 years ago. At first he was very lonely. He noticed that as long as he was busy in ministry he forgot about his loneliness. Unbeknownst to Patrick, Brazil was a very passionate culture and falling in love with someone was a hobby there? His first week in Salvador da Bahia Brazil he falls in love with a local Baiana girl on the beach during a religious ceremony. He later finds out that she is a Voodoo High Priestess. While they were dating Patrick knew they were unequally yoked but he didn’t have the strength to end the relationship. This relationship was doomed at the beginning. Patrick had encountered several unexplainable circumstances and they should have given a reason to end the relationship. He finally ends the relationship before he returns home and the renewal of his contract for another 2 years. This e-book is entertaining, educational and inspirational in all 113 pages.
