Harry Star had served his country bravery and aggressively but now, down on his luck, alone with only his bad life decisions for company, he had to be dead to matter.
Everyone knows that time travel for people and objects always was, is now and forever will be impossible. But quantum physics allows electronic data to be transmitted back in time. This concept was proven as a reality in 2019.
A secret government agency SITAR was set up in GCHQ to store all global event data and wait and to pro-actively watch and be ready if or when this technology could transmit intelligence back in time. This became reality in 2055 but was kept secret till the technology needed protection.
In 2075 Harry was selected for the programme because he was going to die in 2025.
SITAR had to change Harry’s future to save every ones future.
