Lynda Farquhar

My name is Lynda J. Farquhar. I have been writing and publishing mysteries since 2013. I started out by writing a self-published fantasy series under my given name. The three books in that series are called, "Banned", "The Songs of Skygrass," and "Reunited." My first traditionally published series, called the Mae December mysteries, were written together with my daughter, Lisa, under the penname Lia Farrell. They have sold very well, 25,000 to date. I have now started a second series as a solo author. The first is called "The Blind Switch" and was published in 2021. The second of this series, "The Blind Split" will be out in January, 2022. I am a former faculty member at Michigan State University and retired as a Professor Emerita. I have 2 daughters, 6 step children and12 grandchildren. I love writing and can't imagine my life without a story I am telling. I am lucky to have connected with Camel Press. I am co-chair of the MSU Creative Writers group.
